To Register your warranty Please send an email to customerservice@solar-breeze.com with the below information under the option that best fits your purchase type.
Purchased Directly from the manufacturer
The warranty was partially registered on your account when she was shipped out to you and all we need to complete the registration is:
1. The date of purchase
2. The serial number
The unit's serial number - if she is upside down, with the basket out there is a sticker on the back of the solar panel that has this number on it.
Purchased From One Of Our Authorized Dealers-
We will need the following information about your purchase so that we can create a warranty account for you and get your unit registered on your account.
1. Proof of purchase with the purchase date on it (Print screen of it is fine)
2 . Your shipping address
3. Your phone number
4. The unit's serial number - if she is upside down, with the basket out, there is a sticker on the back of the solar panel that has this number on it.
Once we have the information we will send you an email with your warranty expiration date and your customer ID.
